Cardinal Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead Walnut Ridge Senior Living in Kentwood, Michigan. You will unite resident experience, clinical and operational execution, occupancy, and financial performance into one high‑performing operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living or similar multi‑department environments, with strong budgeting, regulatory, and people leadership skills.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living or multi‑department operations.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance.
• Experience leading department managers and building accountable teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, resident safety, and risk management.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with residents, families, staff, providers, and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
