Vitality Living Arlington is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Arlington community with a focus on resident experience and operational excellence. You will guide a team to achieve high occupancy while maintaining strong financial performance and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a proven leadership track in senior living, excellent communication, and the ability to develop staff and foster partnerships with residents' families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of executive director experience in assisted living, memory care or independent living.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle.
• Administrator license in states where required; comply with state health requirements.
• Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills; strong regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication, financial judgment, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive environment for residents, families, and team members.
• Drive occupancy and financial performance for the community.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety policies.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff.
