Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Assisted Living Executive Director to guide PruittPlace Peachtree City through daily operations, delivering exceptional resident care and service while upholding regulatory standards.

In this executive role you will lead clinical, dining, maintenance, activities, housekeeping, and administrative teams; manage budgets; drive occupancy growth; and partner with sales, marketing and families to create a warm, compliant, and high‑quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Gerontology or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and create a positive service culture.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing assisted living communities or ability to rapidly learn.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all community operations to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction.
• Lead and develop department leaders across clinical, dining, maintenance, activities, housekeeping, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and community standards.
• Foster a culture centered on resident dignity, independence, engagement, and quality of life.
• Drive occupancy growth through outreach, relationships with sales and marketing teams.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and providers.
• Oversee risk management, life safety, and infection prevention programs.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to deliver high-quality resident services.
• Lead resident satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and champion the community's mission and values.
