Qualifications

• High school education required.
• English communication skills essential.

• Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in retirement community, hotel or healthcare setting required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and infection control procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all housekeepers and laundry aides, including training, evaluation and discipline.
• Maintains records and coordinates department scheduling and inventories.
• Coordinates apartment cleaning and special cleaning projects.
• Interacts with residents to promote positive departmental morale.
