Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Activity Enrichment Leader to guide small-group fitness, art, music, and learning sessions for cognitively impaired seniors. You’ll adapt instruction, facilitate discussions, and foster a joyful learning environment.

We value curiosity and creativity, offering a stable schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive, collaborative community. Prior teaching experience is welcome, including those transitioning from education to senior living.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors using Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare materials and conduct relevant research for memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with cognitive assessments and track resident participation and documentation.
