Job summary

Harbour Village in Greendale, WI is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities for residents, supporting their physical, mental, and social well‑being. The role includes monthly calendars, and participation in disease prevention education.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and preferably six months of experience working with seniors in activities and life enrichment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs on a monthly basis.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
• Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and management in the holistic spirit of the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.
• Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards.
• Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars according to the Community standards.
• Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
