Zusammenfassung

Charter Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment / Programming Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents, including recreation, education, and social events in our Ohio community. You will work with the Life Enrichment Director to create meaningful experiences that encourage participation, connection, independence, and joy.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and creative, with a passion for seniors.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for outings and transportation.

Aufgaben

• Assist with planning and leading daily resident activities and events.
• Support social, recreational, educational, spiritual, and therapeutic programming.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities, events, and outings.
• Help coordinate community outings and special events.
• Prepare activity spaces and supplies for scheduled programming.
• Maintain activity calendars and assist with documentation as needed.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and community teams.
• Support a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents.
