Charter Senior Living of Bowling Green is seeking a Life Enrichment Director / Programming Director to design, lead, and elevate daily experiences for seniors. This full-time role requires organization, relationship-building, and the ability to translate ideas into memorable programs.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, organizing, or leading activities, events, or resident engagement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with residents, families, and staff to design engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging daily, weekly, and monthly Life Enrichment programs.
• Create meaningful social, recreational, educational, cultural, spiritual, wellness, and creative experiences.
• Plan and execute special events, celebrations, entertainment, outings, and community traditions.
• Get to know residents individually and develop programs around their interests and preferences.
• Encourage resident participation and help create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Introduce fresh ideas and continuously evaluate opportunities to improve resident engagement.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and our team.
