Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, part of the Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport residents safely to and from scheduled stops on a daily route in Cleveland, OH. You will help residents in and out of vehicles and support activity planning to enhance quality of life.

Utilize safe driving practices, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any concerns to the Executive Director. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL endorsement preferred where required).
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift in excess of 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
• May assist Activity Director with in-house activities, including planning and organizing.
• Ensures residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
