Milestone Retirement Communities is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure dishes, utensils, and serviceware are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. You will support the dining room team and assist with serving residents as needed in a safe, organized kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes a positive, professional attitude, adherence to health and safety standards, and flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; ability to obtain Food Handlers Permit as required.
• Health requirements including TB screening must be met.
• Pass state-required fingerprinting and background check.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area.
• Assist in serving residents as needed.
• Support dining room operations and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and dress code; report issues to management.
