Williamsburg Landing is seeking a Director of Assisted Living to lead nursing care and hospitality services across AL, Cove Crest, and Namaste programs. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, safety, regulatory compliance, and ensure high-quality resident care in line with Virginia DSS and Williamsburg Landing policies.

You will work with sales, admissions, and other departments to enhance resident life, mentor a compassionate team, and drive person-centered care while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business (preferred).
• 5+ years in long-term care or assisted living with 2+ in leadership.
• Active RN license in Virginia; AL administrator license preferred.
• Knowledge of DSS regulations and resident care standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to AL operations, marketing, admissions, and clinical staff.
• Lead QAPI processes and drive data‑driven improvement projects.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians, family, and care teams for care plans.
• Represent Williamsburg Landing in regulatory matters and inspections.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance and professional conduct.
