Williamsburg Landing is seeking a Director of Assisted Living (RN) to lead nursing care and hospitality services across AL, Cove Crest, and Namaste programs. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, safety, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with admissions teams to ensure appropriate levels of care and a superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years in long-term care/assisted living with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Active Virginia Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Assisted Living Administrator license preferred or obtain within 24 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight to AL operations and staff.
• Lead QAPI process and data-driven improvement projects.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure operations stay within financial guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams for individualized care plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident privacy.
• Represent Williamsburg Landing in DSS interactions and inspections.
