Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in DON, Health & Wellness Director, or nursing leadership roles preferred.
• Assisted living/long-term care experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care services.
• Lead, mentor, schedule, and support nursing and caregiving teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning processes.
• Monitor resident wellness and coordinate healthcare services.
• Partner with physicians, pharmacies, families, and outside providers.
• Manage medication systems and clinical documentation.
• Ensure infection control and quality assurance practices are maintained.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinical staff.
• Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered, and team-oriented culture.
