Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Billings, MT is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining services in a full-time role. You will supervise staff, ensure high sanitation, and oversee meal service in the dining rooms and bistros.

Schedule includes Thu 6am-2:30pm, Fri-Sun 10:30am-6pm, and Mon 6am-2:30pm. Benefits include Health Insurance, 401k matching, HSA, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and shift meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• License/Certification: Dietician, ADA, Diet Technician, chef, and/or dietary manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food service and assist as necessary.
• Be present in dining rooms for full meal service.
• Hire, orient and train dietary department staff within budget.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and safe food handling.
• Visit residents to gather information on food preferences.
• Manage labor costs and inventory; ensure supplies are ordered.
• Coordinate special functions and corporate meeting food service.
• Oversee dining room and bistro cleanliness and food presentation.

Education

Dietician/ADA/Diet Technician/Chef/Dietary Manager certification
