Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive dining, hospitality or food service management experience.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required within 30 days if not currently certified.
• Strong leadership for high-volume dining operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations across all venues.
• Lead and hold staff accountable for performance and service standards.
• Balance staffing, scheduling, and labor deployment to census and service demands.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for front- and back-of-house alignment.
• Support budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and respond to feedback.
