Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group in Round Rock, TX is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to provide quick, friendly service to residents and guests. You will take orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals while ensuring satisfaction and dining room cleanliness.

Responsibilities include bussing and resetting tables, assisting with tray service, and maintaining health and safety standards in all dining areas. Training and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate with kitchen, and deliver to residents/guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• buss tables and reset tables per policy and standards.
• Complete assigned side work and check out with Manager at shift end.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely room service and tray/pickup policies.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, comply with health codes, and uphold hygiene policy.
• Attend required training and meetings; complete regulatory training as required.
• Train and supervise staff when needed; maintain professional demeanor with residents and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
