Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group in Round Rock, TX is seeking a dedicated food service attendant to provide quick, friendly service of meals and beverages to residents and guests in our senior living communities. You will keep dining areas clean, follow health guidelines, and work with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely, satisfying dining experiences for residents.

Training and team collaboration are part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests.
• Bus and reset tables according to policy.
• Complete side work and sign out with manager.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely room service per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health codes; inspect end-of-shift duties and hygiene policy.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Train staff as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and staff.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in food prep.
• Help control costs by reducing waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
