RG&T Solutions is hiring a Dining Server for a senior living community. You will take and deliver orders, guide residents through menu choices, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. You’ll also perform opening/closing duties and participate in pre-meal briefings to review menus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menus.
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent customer service each shift.
