Job summary

Leisure Care is hiring a Restaurant Server to join our team at one of our senior living communities in Petaluma, CA. You will deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents, serve meals and beverages accurately, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a team-oriented setting.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming hospitality and strong communication.
• Ability to engage residents and provide attentive service.
• Adaptable and reliable in a team-based dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent table service and create a welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly service.
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and safety/organization.
• Work with the team to exceed resident expectations daily.
• Follow shift hours: Fri-Sun 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm; Mon 4pm-7pm.
