Job summary

The Columbia Presbyterian Community, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), seeks a compassionate Healthcare Server to help create a warm, homelike experience for residents. You will prepare dining spaces and assist with meals to support outstanding service.

Responsibilities include delivering trays, bussing, and serving in all dining areas, while supporting modified diets and dietary needs. A High School diploma and serving experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable with using tablets or touchscreen system while serving or delivering food.
• Comfortable with serving modified diets ( puree, mechanical soft, etc.).
• Interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup dining room, stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
• Deliver food trays to the healthcare center and assist as needed.
• Bus and clean as necessary.
• Serve meals in the dining room and all areas of the Community.
• Assist in the delivery of food carts to all areas of the Community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
