Job summary

The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Server to join our team and help create a warm, homelike experience for all residents. This role focuses on delivering meals, assisting in dining areas, and supporting residents with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year serving in restaurant or healthcare settings.
• Comfortable with using tablets or touchscreen systems while serving.
• Comfortable serving modified diets (puree, mechanical soft, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, stations, and assist with special functions.
• Deliver food trays to the healthcare center and assist as needed.
• Bus and clean as necessary.
• Serve meals in the dining room and community areas.
• Assist in delivering food carts and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities of a Healthcare Server:

• Setup dining room, stations, and assist with special functions as directed
• Deliver food trays to the healthcare center and assist as needed

• Serve meals in the dining room and all areas of the Community
• Assist in the delivery of food carts to all areas of the CommunityPerform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting

• Comfortable with using and serving modified diets such as puree, mechanical soft, etc.
