Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina” family of senior living communities is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Server to join The Columbia Presbyterian Community. You will help create a warm, homelike experience for residents by delivering meals, assisting with dining operations, and supporting special events.

We value interpersonal skills, multitasking, and reliability. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1 year of serving experience in food service or healthcare.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting is required.
• Comfortable with using tablets or touchscreen systems while serving or delivering food.
• Comfortable with serving modified diets such as puree, mechanical soft, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup dining room, stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
• Deliver food trays to the healthcare center and assist as needed.
• Bus and clean as necessary.
• Serve meals in the dining room and all areas of the Community.
• Assist in the delivery of food carts to all areas of the Community.
