Job summary

The Aspenwood Company is hiring Servers for The Doliver of Tanglewood, a vibrant independent living and memory care community. You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals with a friendly, attentive approach to ensure every dining experience is exceptional.

Position requires weekend/holiday availability and the ability to work evenings. Pay depends on experience; benefits include401K with match, PTO, insurance options, and a $750 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service attitude and interact well with residents and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them comfortably.
• Take food orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and quality of food/presentation.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest requests to ensure a top dining experience.
• Pour and refill drinks in a timely manner.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Ensure safety with walkers and assist as needed.
• Explain menu items and help residents/guests choose.
• Maintain appearance and personal hygiene to company standards.
• Attend required in-service trainings.
