Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a server to support our dining services in a senior living community. You will help serve meals to residents and guests, maintain sanitation, and assist with set-up and breakdown while delivering friendly, attentive service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and adherence to safety standards. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required; excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure high quality food is served in a timely fashion.
• Maintain professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and tactfully.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
