Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests. You will handle meals professionally, maintain sanitation, and perform setup and breakdown tasks while supporting a cohesive dining team.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely service, addressing concerns, and upholding high standards of health and safety. This role emphasizes customer care, professionalism, and strong personal hygiene in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
