CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to provide friendly, professional dining service in our senior living communities. You will attend tables, ensure timely meal delivery, maintain hygiene, and support teammates while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior; good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow Dining Services standards of service.
