Job summary

Larksfield Place in Wichita, KS is seeking a Server for a full-time assisted living dining program. You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals with restaurant-style service in a vibrant senior living environment.

Ideal candidates bring reliability and a positive attitude, with English proficiency and previous hospitality experience. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required.
• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy.
• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs.
• Perform side work, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning, to maintain a polished dining room.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
• Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude.

• Weekdays: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
