Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a friendly Dining Server to enhance residents' dining experiences. This full-time role includes a rotating 11a-7p and 7a-3p schedule, with opportunities to earn based on experience and a consistent paycheck.

You will engage with residents, help prep dining areas, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while assisting with menu selections and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Dining room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents by getting to know their preferences, special accommodations, personal interests and friendly exchanges.
• Prepares dining room for meals.
• Keeps all dining areas clean/maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assists residents with menu selector sheets.
• Properly cleans and sanitizes the dishes and silverware per company standards.
• Is responsible for floor maintenance in the dish room, kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintains a clean, organized work environment.
