Country Meadows in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Dining Server to provide residents with quality dining experiences. The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating 11am-7pm and 7am-3pm shifts, and pay starting at $15.50-$17.00 per hour based on experience.

You will ensure clean dining areas, assist residents with menus, and maintain a welcoming, high-standard service environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, holidays, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Dining room/kitchen experience preferred.
• Positive, friendly customer service attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate.

• Ability to perform physical tasks required.

Responsabilités

• Engage with residents by learning their preferences and needs.
• Keep dining areas clean and maintain sanitation.
• Assist residents with menu selector sheets.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware per standards.
• Maintain floor cleanliness in dishroom, kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
