Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a Dining Server to enhance residents’ dining experiences. Pay starts at $14.25/hour for part-time and $15.50/hour for full-time, with potential increases based on experience.

Full-time shifts are 11:00 am–7:00 pm; part-time 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, including weekdays and every other weekend. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Dining room/ Kitchen-related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents and team.
• Positive customer service attitude and willingness to serve others.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents by getting to know their preferences and needs.
• Prepare dining room for meals and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist residents with menu selections and use POS technology to obtain meal orders.
