Job summary

Goodworks Unlimited in Franklin, TN, is seeking reliable servers for full-time and part-time roles within a beautiful Independent Senior Living Retirement Community. Duties include light kitchen tasks, taking and delivering orders, and providing excellent service to residents and guests.

Candidates should have prior food service experience, be able to work in a fast-paced setting, and communicate well with a senior population. Weekend shifts are required, and ServSafe is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills (working with the Senior population).
• Ability to work well with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly (BePoz Ticket System).
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery.
