Job summary

The Residence at Silver Square in Dover, NH is seeking friendly servers for both full-time and part-time dining roles from 11am to 7pm, with weekend availability.

You will provide restaurant-style service to residents, work closely with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director, set tables, take and deliver orders, and help run dining enhancement programs.

Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• English communication is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform dining duties.
• Comfort with dining room procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a dining setting for residents.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and assist with serving beverages.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area and equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
