Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Server to help provide compassionate dining experiences for residents in Blair, Nebraska. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals promptly, and ensure residents are satisfied with their dining experience while maintaining clean dining areas and following safety procedures.

The role requires genuine care for seniors, excellent guest relations, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
