Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a PT Senior Living Server in the Cave Creek area to provide top‑notch dining service to senior residents. This role is part-time, on-site with weekend availability; no late nights.

The position supports a brand-new Assisted Living and Memory Care community just north of the 101. In this role you will serve meals in the dining room, assist with set-ups, convey menu details to residents, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Dependable with consistent attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-site.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food in a courteous, timely manner.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
• Bus tables and replenish supplies as needed.
• Prepare and deliver trays as requested by chef/cook.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and related areas.
• Observe infection control procedures and food safety standards.
