Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake, a Montessori-Inspired Living community in Westlake, OH, is seeking a courteous Server to provide dining and table services to residents and guests.

You will set up dining areas, serve meals, and help keep dining rooms clean while following sanitary standards. The role emphasizes respect, dignity, and teamwork in daily service. Experience in dining hospitality is a plus, and candidates must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational, time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas, provide meal service, and clean dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Complies with federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
• Follow Montessori-Inspired Living principles daily.
