Job summary

The Server at Fairmont of Westlake is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas. You will ensure proper dining set-up, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining environment following sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the dining rooms and designated areas.
• Ensure proper dining set-up, provide meals and dining services, and clean dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with regulatory procedures.
