Trinity Health Corp. is seeking compassionate and professional Wait Staff to join the dining team at Glen Eddy, part of the St. Peter’s Health Partners family. The role focuses on friendly, timely table service in a senior living setting, with an emphasis on comfort, dignity, and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous wait staff or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for serving older adults and enhancing their dining experience.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team‑focused mindset.
• Ability to read and write at a 6th grade level.
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, timely, and professional table service to residents during mealtimes.
• Communicate daily specials and menu offerings clearly and enthusiastically.
• Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and residents feel valued and attended to.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served correctly and promptly.
• Maintain a warm and respectful environment in the dining room.
• Maintain high standards for personal appearance and hygiene.
• Follow all food service department policies and safety rules.
