Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, parent to Ivy Living and operator of Ivy Park of Milpitas, invites you to join our team as a Server. You will serve residents, families and guests with professionalism and care in a senior living setting, taking orders, delivering meals, and upholding dining standards.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts, competitive pay of $19.59 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Maintain proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers.
