Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Dining Server to support residents’ dining experiences. Pay starts at $14.00/hour for part-time or $15.00/hour for full-time, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience.

The position includes full-time 11:00 am–7:00 pm or part-time 4:00 pm–8:00 pm shifts, weekdays and alternating weekends. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays. Training and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining service or food service preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and able to engage with residents.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to learn preferences and provide personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Assist residents with menu selections and use POS for meal orders.
