Job summary

Country Meadows is hiring a Dining Server to support residents’ dining experiences. Pay starts at $14.00/hour for part-time or $15.00/hour for full-time, with room to grow with experience. Full-time shifts 11:00 am–7:00 pm; part-time 4:00 pm–8:00 pm including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Dining room/ Kitchen-related experience preferred.
• Positive customer service attitude and willingness to serve others.
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate.
• Multi-tasking capabilities and physical stamina.
• Must understand and speak English sufficiently for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents by learning preferences, accommodations and interests.
• Keep dining areas clean and maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist residents with menu selector sheets.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware per standards.
• Maintain floor cleanliness in dish room, kitchen and dining areas.
• Keep a tidy, organized work environment.
• Use Point of Service tech to obtain meal orders as needed.
