Village on the Park Denton is seeking servers who are passionate about exceptional service and making a positive impact on residents’ lives. Join a vibrant senior community dining team and contribute to memorable meals and events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a spotless dining room. Must have customer service orientation, be able to work weekends/holidays, and obtain a food handler cert within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them comfortably.
• Take food orders, present to kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Guarantee order accuracy and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond to resident and guest requests to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
• Ensure drinks are poured and refilled in a timely manner.
