Job summary

Twenty20 Management’s Dining Server role provides excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests in a welcoming dining setting. You will manage meal orders, table service, and dining room presentation.

The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, infection control, and adherence to regulations, with opportunities to assist with events and collaborate with the Culinary Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or dining service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet all regulatory health, training, and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests courteously and assist with seating.
• Take and deliver meal orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining room.
• Assist with setup and service of special events.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and communicate feedback to the Culinary Manager.
• Support infection control and sanitation practices.
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by your manager, and support for other departments as needed
• Depending on experience and performance standing – may be assigned job lead duties and act as support for peers as needed and may rotate duties with other leads
• Ability to prepare for & tolerate exposure to outdoor elements as duties may require
