Job summary

The Delaney at Georgetown Village in Georgetown, TX is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server with weekend availability to join our senior living community. You will welcome residents, take orders, serve meals, and maintain a friendly, clean dining area.

The role offers a supportive team and opportunities to build relationships with residents. Schedule 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends, with weekday shifts possible; prior food service and eldercare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
Experience in food service work preferred.
Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
