Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler Safety Training Card from the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Must be able to obtain a Sheriff’s Work Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and menu substitutions.
• Stock pantry and dry storage areas.
• Ensure sanitary food preparation, handling, and storage.
• Serve residents, take orders, and deliver trays as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend scheduled in-service training on safety and proper food handling.
