Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Dining Services Server to provide friendly, timely service in the dining room for residents, guests, and staff during meals. Duties include serving, cleaning, hospitality tasks, bussing tables, and assisting with meetings and special events, with salad and dessert prep as directed.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and on-the-job food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• One year food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality, and meal service.
• Serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners to residents and guests.
• Bus and reset tables; prepare salad bar items.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety practices.
• Open and close dining rooms as needed.
• Assist with meetings and special events.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Adhere to dress code and kitchen uniform requirements.
