Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Server on an as-needed basis to support dining services for our seniors. The server will oversee meal service quality, ensure dietary compliance, and coordinate with Inspired Living on relevant matters.

Responsibilities

• Develops a positive customer service culture in the dining room through staff training. Evaluates service quality and systems to maximize efficiency of meal delivery.
• Ensures staff provides service that maintains resident experiences during meals; circulates to ascertain preferences and satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean dining room and equipment; ensures linens and condiments are kept clean.
• Ensures safety and compliance; assists with investigations and return-to-work communications.
• Fosters teamwork, takes initiative, and supports coworkers, residents, and visitors.
