Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items according to departmental policies.
• Ensure presentation of menu items adheres to standards.
• Prepare meals on menus and based on nutritional programs.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements established for residents.
• Maintain quality and safety of food via sanitary measures.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Assist with the training of new employees.
• Participate in life safety and emergency drills and training.
