• Learn core menu items and specials to relate the menu to residents and guests.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
• Act as a liaison between residents and culinary department.
• Maintain a clean professional appearance at all times.
• Understand and observe infection control procedures related to culinary department.
