Responsibilities

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals and dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and items to assist selections.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables and side stations.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and food safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Assist with dining room organization and supply placement.
