Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Wait Staff member for Riverside Senior Living to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring dietary needs are respected in a clean, friendly dining environment.

You will work closely with the dietary team, maintain service standards, and assist with documenting resident meal choices and preferences. Prior dining or healthcare exposure is preferred, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Certification in food safety preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate meal orders from residents and relay to kitchen staff.
• Serve meals and beverages observing dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Interact with residents to ensure satisfaction with meals and address requests.
• Set up and clear dining areas keeping space clean and welcoming.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff for smooth dining service.
• Assist with recording meal choices and dietary preferences as needed.

Education

Food Handlers Certification or ServSafe Certification

High school diploma or equivalent
